ZeroCarbon Verify is being established as a Hong Kong company limited by guarantee. It holds no equity in, and takes no commission from, any platform, equipment vendor or grower it verifies.
The parties we verify cannot own us, and we cannot be paid by a seller for a favourable conclusion. Board and verifiers declare relationships annually.
Platforms are licensed to compute under CJV-MTH-1.0. They cannot edit it and then
describe the result as verified.
Insufficient metering, unpublished factors, an unco-signed baseline — any one of these produces a qualified opinion or no label, not a softer sentence.
